We had our Thanksgiving this past Saturday at my house. Turkeys were on sale at WalMart last week for 40 cents a pound, limit 2. What a deal, right? I told Mike we didn't have room in our freezer for 1 turkey, let alone 2! That's ok, he says. We'll take 1 to Sean's and put the other one in the refridgerator to thaw so we can cook it Saturday. It worked out perfectly. Sean and Jen with the girls and Charlie came over and we ate really big. We played Bunco after dinner and enjoyed a pan of pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing. Yum!
MONDAY: leftover turkey in sandwiches with green salad
TUESDAY: rope sausage and fried potatoes with peppers & onions
WEDNESDAY: white chicken chili made with leftover turkey
THURSDAY: vegetable lasagna with garlic Texas toast
FRIDAY: tuna salad-chips-Jello
SATURDAY: oven-fried pork chops with creamed peas & potatoes
SUNDAY: orange chicken with stir-fried veggies and rice
