most of these are very old with their original paint. only the 2 with the same blue are ones I painted. love this crock ( all brown crockery pieces ) and the piggy cutting boards. thanks, Carole, for the one with a label. I have some of my butter paddles in a smaller crock. see some of my mashers on the bench that I have had for over 25 years.
these ones are in the keeping room, which is just the room where we put everything that has no place of its own. it doubles/ triples as my sewing room and where our freezer and big pantry are. the painted ones here are ones I've done. the others wait for paint or purpose. I collect a lot of things that just sit in here. it seems a shame. I should find other homes for some of these items before someone calls me a hoarder.
these pins are solid pieces of wood--no spinning handles here--and the one on the floor is a gift from Cindy. she has one of those embroidery machines and she put this nice label on it. the blue tole painted cutting board is a giveaway win from Willa. her painting is amazing. the pink one I found at Goodwill. I painted all the fruit boards. that is a snuff jar in front of a wood box made by Carole. I filled it with wood spoons.
I have shared these before. they are my oldest ones.
I have several of these marble pins. they weigh a ton. this one came with the base for display. I made the cover.
this one was a gift from Hubby. it is green marble--all 3 pieces--cutting board, pin and base. Gina made the cover for this pin. this one is so pretty. I have seen these on eBay go very, very high. wish someone would offer me the kind of money they go for.....
kind of a slow week for us. no real weather to worry about. Mya and Ruby both had birthdays. we hope to get up there this week--late for birthdays, early for Valentines. we will all be happy to see one another. really nothing to report, nothing good anyway.
the ground beef week went well. Mike likes all that. I ate a lot of veggies..... this week, a lighter menu.
SUNDAY~ chicken fried rice, veggie egg rolls
MONDAY~sirloin kebobs with onions, peppers, grape tomatoes, zucchini, red potatoes
TUESDAY~ potato soup with PB sammies
WEDNESDAY~turkey salad on a bed of spinach with red onions and mandarin oranges( poppy seed dressing)
THURSDAY~tilapia Parmesan with brussel sprouts and hash browns
FRIDAY~grilled salmon, sweet potato fries( on the grill ), spinach salad
SATURDAY~ eating out--hopefully the Noodle House
Ah, my kind of menu..... Mike likes it, too. he just gets this crazy craving. he was ready for something different by Thursday!
Blessings to you all. Hope your week is as awesome as you are. Thank you for coming by.

Lots of pins! Hope you have a great week, Linda!
Awesome Linda..I wish I had a keeping room and then I could organize my room better. I have 2 rolling pins.1 was my Grandmothers and 1 I bought at WM :) I made covers but don't use them since I only have the 2 that I use a lot and keep them in a drawer. I would love to see all your goodies ...would kind of be like going through a prim store.
Have a great Sunday
Hugs

OMGoodness Linda, you have some wonderful collections! A have a few rolling pins, but don't think I've ever seen that many in one place. Love the way you have them displayed.
Have a wonderful week,
Sue
Happy Sunday Linda~
I enjoyed seeing all your awesome collections! Guess having only one rolling pin doesn't qualify as a "collection" does it?! lol The one I have was a wedding gift almost 36 years ago. Happy to report I've never had to keep hubby in line with it either! ~smile~
I'll be on the look out for more though once yard sales start. Spied a Mammie cookie jar and salt and pepper shakers in one of your pics. I have a small collection myself. They just make me smile.
Hope you are enjoying a restful Sunday!
Blessings,
Sheila
Hi Linda, you're welcome darlin'. What a great lot of rolling pins you have young lady:) I'm drawn to the old woodenware too.
Hubby fixed us up baked spaghetti. I've been trying to eat light too for my tummy's sake.
Hugs~Carol
What treasures you have! It was really fun seeing your photos! And once again a delicious week of meals planned. I really do need to take a look at the prices of in Rome, Iowa when we sell our house & get ready to move somewhere. I'm pretty sure Iowa has its share of snow : ) Blessings, Shirlee
Wow, that is a lot of rolling pins! Love the ones with the stitcheries on them, so nice!
Cathy

OMGoodness! What an awesome collection. Thanks for sharing!
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Now that is a lot of rolling pins. Love all the colors. Have you counted how many? Looks like you may need a couple more wine racks though.

No way you are a hoarder! Have you seen the show?! A collector is something totally different!!
It took me a while, but I think I've figured out at least two things - 1) why there are no rolling pins to be found in the Midwest; and 2) why Mike is so well-behaved. YIKES Girlfriend...I knew you collected, but boy oh boy, DO you collect!!! LOVE it!! And they look so wonderful displayed in the crocks and wine racks. Love the mashers and butter paddles and other kitchen goodies too. Like I said, rolling pins seem to be a bit scarce in these parts (unless you're willing to pay $25 for a stinky, gooey, tacky one), but I'm gonna keep searching. And when I find them, I'll think of you and smile.....Great menu....We're doing Chinese tonight as well. My turn to cook - Sweet & Sour Pork by request. Guess I best be getting to chopping n' a wokking....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
Wow Linda. I knew you had collected pins but I never knew how many you have. What a great collection you have. Each one is so different. I think it's neat you have a passion for something like that. How fun to see your grandkids soon. I love all the crocks everything is sitting in. I am partial to the brown myself too. Your menu looks great as usual. -Steph-
I'm probally to late for dinner tonight but I'll be there on Wednesday, OK?
Love all the pins. Aren't they wonderful works of art, especially the one piece ones?
Kendra

Wow Linda...what an awesome collection of rolling pins you have!!! I believe yours is the largest collection that I've ever seen. Love, love, love it!!!
Hugs,
Cindy
I spied that sweet slat and pepper shaker set in the last picture. I have the same set and I love their happy faces. You have quite a collection of rolling pins Linda. They are all very nice. Blessings on your week.
Well, you have more than three so that is definitely a collection, lol! WOW Linda!! That is an awesome collection! I can hardly ever find the colored handles around here and when I do they are so outrageously priced. But I'm always on the lookout. Even garage sales only have the natural wood handles. I enjoyed looking at your collection and would love to be there looking at them in person, touching, feeling them, lol!
I hope you have a wonderful week~
Hi Linda, You have a very nice collection of rolling pins, one of my favorite things to collect. Love the piggy cutting board with the label, cutting boards are another passion of mine. OK the menus for the week sound so good, what time is supper. LOL, Hugs Vicky

Wow! What a collection of pins you have. At least they have a good home, so don't worry about hoarding them.
D
love all those rolling pins...and me without even one LOL I make pies once a year and a bottle works good for rolling! Lovely menu for the week! You and Mike have a good one!
Hi Linda, so many wonderful treasures!! I love rolling pins!! As well as mashers and butter paddles. I just love wood I guess.8-)
Have a great day!!
Hugs,
Lorna
Linda you have fantastic rolling pin collection!
Wow, if that is hoarding, count me in:) I am loving all your amazing collections. My rolling pin collection is pathetic in comparison. Thing is I am too cheap to pay a lot for one.
Thanks for sharing the great pics.
That is quite a collection, Sweetie! But I think each one of them is neat in it's own way... and I think it's a great idea to "repurpose" them like that!
The menu is a winner... I agree with you that when the hubby likes it, I'm happy too! :)
OH my I love your collection of rolling pins Linda! It is great. And thank you my dear I am getting more and more new followers sent by you. BIG HUGS
Brenda
My goodness, Linda...that's a LOT of rolling pins! LOL Hey, we all have to collect something, right?
My question is: which one do you really use?
Hugs,
Pam
